My better blog

This blog was named my better blog, because I wanted to remind myslef that I can always do better. I was not so good at writing, but this course took me out of my confort zone and forced me to become a better version of me.

To anyone who feels like giving upp, DON'T. You will survive and you will do just fine.

To anyone who feels like giving up.. don't. It is hard, but it will be worth it.

 You expect all your professors to be really mean people, but in reality they all are very kind, caring, generous people.

Straight A's were everyone's goals throughout college, but I learned that if I didn't recieve straight A's it didn't make me dumb. I just have to use my r esources, that was probably one of the biggest causes of my grades. We have tutors at Lewis and I didn't take advantage of that at all. I knew I needed help but I was to shy/ embarassed to ask for any.

I learned my lesson with this one, always rent the books! It is waaay cheaper and I doubt any of us are going to ever touch the book again after the end of the semester.

This was literally me all semester and I would feel as if I were the only one, but literally evryone else felt the same way. Keep in mind- you are not alone!

As the saying goes: you can't have it all in life.

This was one of the best advice I recieved in your class. Always go first (or be ONE of the first people), you won't have to worry about it after you're done.

First Semester in a picture

To anyone coming into their first year in college.. take notes! Ice breakers do not exist on the first day anymore, you actually do work. SHOCKER!

I have to admit I am guilty of this! Lol! Of course everything is fun and games until you actually have assignments due and study until 4am.

Definition of College:

This picture is completely revelant to anyone and everyone not just in college. Confidence is key!

I think changing your major is perfectly fine. Everyone changes their minds and college is nowhere near what you expect it to be.

According to everyone in my household every major is easy, i'm just exaggerating and need to put more hous in :)
